为了给客户提供更加优质的服务体验，VT Markets 将于北京时间 2020年5月17日(星期日) 对产品和品牌服务进行升级调整：

更高杠杆 更优服务 更智能客户后台！

一、全新Client Portal上线

VT Markets将升级我们的客户端后台，提供更加智能的数据分析，更人性化的交互界面，以辅助客户更好的进行账户管理和交易管理。VT Markets继续与全球领先的市场分析解决方案提供商Trading Central合作，将在新的客户端后台(Client Portal)为客户提供免费的第三方技术观点，以及更多智能化交易辅助工具。

二、最大杠杆调整

为了给客户提供更加灵活的交易体验，VT Markets将最大杠杆从1：400提升至1：500的浮动杠杆（包含FX、黄金、原油等，但请注意，因风控原因临时调整，如最近的原油类产品等尚未恢复，以MT4为准）。自2020年5月18日起新开客户将默认为500倍杠杆，老客户维持不变，可自行在客户端后台申请调整，也提醒各位客户注意控制风险，理性投资，选择安全稳妥的杠杆比例。

三、邮箱域名更新

为了全球运营更统一化，VT Markets将原有服务于亚太地区和海外华人客户的联系邮箱域名后缀@vtmarkets.com.cn更新为@vtmarkets.com，以后您的任何疑问或良好建议都可发送邮件至全球官方邮箱 [email protected]，我们将竭诚为您服务。

Trade with higher leverage, better services and smarter client portal now

Dear Clients,

In order to provide you a better experience with VT Markets, we are happy to announce that we will upgrade our products and services at 8th May, 2020 (Sunday).

1. Brand-new Client Portal

VT Market is now presenting you the brand-new Client Portal! With this next-gen Client Portal, you will experience a better user-interface with smarter trading data analysis tools, to assist you with your account management and trading management to the next level. Our partnership with Trading Central will bring you a thorough market analysis, and state-of –the-art MT4 add-ons to boost your trading performances for FREE*. Make sure to check it out!

2. Highest leverage available now up to 500:1

VT Markets is now adjusting our highest leverage available from 400:1 to 500:1, Effective immediately (please note that due to recent market conditions, leverage on certain products will be restricted, please refer to the information on our MT4 server). The default leverage on all new accounts opened after 18th May 2020 will be 500:1. We will not change your leverage if your account was opened before the date mentioned above, you can apply to make a leverage change via Client Portal. We recommend you to ensure that you fully understand the risks before you make any leverage changes.

3. Email Domain Update

To provide you a better client service no matter where you are located, we will update our email domain from @vtmarkets.com.cn to @vtmarkets.com. If you have any questions, feel free to contact [email protected], we are here to help you.
